Dear Barbara,
In the long-term, the Research Cooperative will need a number of support groups to help manage various aspects of the project - e.g. strategy, R&D, promotion, funding, and so on.
At the moment I am managing these various efforts almost single-handedly. This is not too hard as we are still small in scale and there is not yet much activity. With more members and more activity, we can expect to need more effort to moderate disputes, answer questions, and so on.

About adding photos
We recommend adding just a few images of particular significance. Illustrators, for example, can add images to create a portfolio linked to their profile page.
